We are super excited to announce that we are adding a new bag to the TOM BIHN collection...everyone, meet the Bummer!

- Synik 30 Packing Cube (here to make one-bagging with the Synik even easier!)
- Passport Pouch
- Pocket Pouch
- Daylight Backpack (likely the final batch in Night Walk 400d Halcyon)
- Freudian Slip: Medium Cafe Bag, Brain Bag, The Maker's Bag
- Nik's Minimalist Wallet #4
It's a busy summer for us at the factory, and we hope to share more news soon. Until then, any questions or Thoughts? Ask in the comments below.
Seems like halcyon material is a rare find these days! Too many ballistic options

TOM BIHN replied:
Hi Jords! Yes, sad to say that the Mill that makes the 400D Halcyon (like Night Walk and Black Halcyon) has shut down, so we’ve been using up the last of our reserves. Still looking for a replacement though.
Thanks for the update! Will we see Synik 30s or Synapse 25s in black halcyon with the regular label? Hopefully so, but curious given your reference to its scarcity.

TOM BIHN replied:
Hi John! Looks like we’ll have a batch of Synik 30 in Black Halcyon/ Zest that is coming up soon—those bags will have the regular “red plane” label.
It looks like the Synik 30 packing cubes and the Western Flyer packing cubes are the same size – is that correct or do the specifications / dimensions need to be updated?

TOM BIHN replied:
Hi again Shep! The dimensions are the same as they are the same packing cubes. These packing cubes work very well in the Synik 30, so while they’ll still work in your Western Flyer, we’ve changed the name for folks that are looking for Synik Packing Cubes in particular.
Will there be any halcyon colors released other than Taiga? Especially darker colors like Black and Night Walk…

TOM BIHN replied:
Hi Shep! Black Halcyon and Night Walk are getting pretty scarce, so we don’t foresee those fabrics being used in the Bummer.
For the Bummer I was hoping for something that was a little bigger. More like 3.5 liters in size. Maybe there could be a Big Bummer one day? :) I do really like the design other than the small size.

TOM BIHN replied:
Hi Kristen! No plans for a bigger Bummer at this time—we’ll see what happens in the future though. :)
